My experience with Dr. Ahmed and team was spot on. I was always shy and anxious about my teeth, but the team was very understanding and knew how to handle patients like me. I've had multiple cleaning appointments with them, and I've got some of my tooth extracted recently, which, to my suprise, was painless! Dr. Ahmed was also very good at giving me options with my treatment plan, all ranging from doing nothing to the best option there is. I had a lot of questions too but they were able to answer them all, with detailed information that also helped me decide which course of action to take. Highly recommended!
When I got an extraction both the orthodontist and assistant were kind and made sure I wasn’t in any pain. The whole staff makes you feel welcomed and at home

The dentist is not someplace I like to go but from the moment I walked in and through my entire appointment, everyone was friendly and welcoming. I really appreciate their patience and genuine care! Dental work makes me a little anxious but the hygienist was calming and made sure I was comfortable.

It was a great experience at Kennedy Heights Dental Centre. Their reception is super friendly and helpful and guided me clearly through the whole payment and claim process. Their dental hygienist explained in detail every step before carrying out the work and was very gentle throughout the process. Dr. Al-juboori was also very detailed in his explanations and was very friendly and helpful. The experience was a 5 star for sure and I would recommend this dental centre to everyone who’s looking for a new dentist.

I went in today for a cleaning and a cavity filling. I am a very anxious person and as soon as i stepped into the office the ladies at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. The Dental Hygienist was amazing, she checked in with me often to make sure I was feeling comfortable and doing OK. She truly helped ease my nerves for my next step to see the dentist and have my cavity filled. The Dental Assistant and Dentist were a very good team. They both made sure to put me at ease and their skills were incredible. I have never felt so at ease in the dentist chair. I highly recommend coming to Kennedy Heights Dental as a patient. I 💯% will continue to come here for all my Dental needs!
From the very beginning when I made the first call requesting for an emergency appointment, my whole experience has been just FANTASTIC. Had to undergo a Root Canal procedure which was done by Dr.Ahmed AlJuboori who was a thorough Professional and made me very comfortable by explaining the entire procedure meticulously. His Dental Assistant Amber who was part of the entire procedure that lasted about two hours need’s special mention for her patience and diligence given the anxiety that a typical patient undergoes when being treated especially for something like a Root Canal. The overall atmosphere was very pleasant including all the Front Office staff making the entire experience very memorable for all the right reasons. Whenever there is a need for any kind of Dental Treatment, I would strongly recommend visiting Kennedy Heights Dental Centre without any hesitation whatsoever…..
It was a great experience. I would recommend this place to others who are looking for a dentist. The office is very clean. Reception was friendly, quick and detailed. The recommended treatment plan was clear and made sense. Their hygienists are very thorough and gentle during my teeth cleaning. The assistant gave me a teddy bear to hold onto while I got my teeth frozen and numbed prior to the fillings. The injection was done slowly and was not painful at all. I was very surprised because this part was always the most dreadful and most painful part of the process. I highly recommend Dr Ahmed Aljuboori. You will be in good hands. He is a friendly and handsome dentist. Never before have I ever looked forward to my dentist visits because I know I will have a good experience and my teeth will be well taken care of.
I have been to so many dentists and Dr. Al-Juboori is by far the best. He’s so good at calming anxious patients and explaining everything so clearly. Very calm and patient. Quick and painless procedures. He truly wants to give people a good dental experience and you can tell he cares about his patients. The receptionists are so nice and always available to call. I can’t think of a single negative thing to say about my experience here.

I have avoided dentists for years because of the pain and anxiety of getting my teeth cleaned. I have some really sensitive areas and Yasmine cleaned my teeth with minimal pain and was thorough and calming. Amber helped my anxiety before I had any work done and was really a calming presence. I booked a couple of appointments in the future and look forward to calming my anxiety of dentistry going forward.

I've always had a wonderful time at KHDC. Sometimes I get nervous prior to dental appointments, and from all the clinics I've been at before, Dr.Juboori and his team remain the only clinic which has always created a comfortable atmosphere in the room. Dr.Juboori is all laughs and jokes, and extremely good at what he does. My one suggestion would be to perhaps in the future give a more detailed rundown as to what he will do, and discuss what he's doing during the procedure. The CDA Amber was sweet and offers to hold your hand and gives mom treatment every single time. Reception was good too. Two big thumbs up to a wonderful team :)

Visited Kennedy Heights Dental Centre 5 times; 1) check up, 2) cleaning session, 3) extracted 1 wisdom tooth - stitched the place, 4) removed the stitches and filled 3 teeth, and 5) filled 1 tooth. Felt no pain over the injection sting. Dr. Al-Juboori and the rest of the team were friendly and understanding, and made sure I was comfortable and calm before commencing the works. I was very hesitant while trying to decide which dental center to visit initially, but I am really glad I went to Kennedy Heights Dental Centre. Thank you Kennedy Heights Dental Centre team.

I had to go in due to a broken tooth during the height of the pandemic and they were able to fit me in and also to make me feel at ease. I appreciate all the efforts they make to make me feel more comfortable at the dentist as I am not a fan. I have had great experiences with easy freezing and little to no pain after the procedures I have had.

Great prices, amazing work, a lovely atmosphere and wheelchair accessible! I walked to the clinic knowing very well I need to do a root canal on one of my teeth as my other two previous dentists have already said so when dr. Aljuboori said "let's try to save it!" He did his best to Prevent a root canal as it was my biggest fear and did a filling instead....a year and a half later and I have no issues/ no sensitivity/ no nothing and the best of them all no pain. Front desk are amazing as I have the worse schedule ever and they will do everything to make things work for me! I would call them 10 times a day to book and appointments and then cancel 30 minutes later then call them again same day to re-book the same spot as my schedule has changed, never heard anyone complaining or being rude to me or like most clinic would do "leave you on hold" when they are annoyed by you. Despite everything my favorite thing honestly would be that most dentists don't care if you fix your teeth or not, if you don't have enough money for the treatment or not, all they care about is the cost, which is understandable. while doctor aljuboori is quite different, he would set you a treatment plan and would actually help you to achieve it. My treatment plan was quite above my budget so he did set it up accordingly to get the best of my insurance company plus to a nice discount to help out as well! I admire his obsession with his job and how he cares about the results and his patients satisfaction more than the cost. Amber is definitely the best assistant ever as she would always take great care of me. I have a jaw issue and she would actually massage it for me so I don't feel pain which no one ever cared about before here! The atmosphere is lovely, it does feel like family. The doctor, assistant and the staff would always crack a joke here and there which make it easy for me to communicate.

I hadn’t been to the dentist for a long time because I avoid it as it makes me nervous. I wasn’t even aware DR. Randawah had moved on from the building. I’m sure they called but hey I just was going to tell them after that appointment that I was gonna leave anyways and go closer to home. After my appointment however I had laughed felt way less anxiety and really felt like I was taken care of. The great team of hygenists and the doctor work so well together. They are hilarious! They are also exceptionally kind and attentive to fears and dentist anxiety. I’d recommend kids and individuals of all dental needs! Even though it’s a trek from me new home to the old but new dentist I remain attending. It is sooo worth it

My experience with dentists in the past was never easy or comforting, I am one of theos people who wouldn’t go to the dentist unless they are in a very severe pain. However, thanks to Dr. Juboori since the first time I came to see him he made me feel welcomed and at ease the moment I met him. He is so knowledgeable and passionate about what he does, he explained the process to me beforehand to make me be less scared. Also, during this prndamic they are really good with symptoms screening before arrival, they will also provide you with estimate of the work. However, thanks to Dr. Juboori since the first time I came to see him he made me feel welcomed and at ease the moment I met him. I have been always scared of dentists, I had my 4 wisdom teeth removed here by Dr. Aljuboori, he is one of the greatest dentists I have ever seen. Best thing about his work that I did not feel any pain and he got the job done in very short time. He removed two of my wisdom a visit, two of these were really complicated to work with, in fact before visiting Dr.Aljuboori I went to different clinics and they said it is complicated and hard to deal with. I will be revisiting Dr. Aljuboori for smile make over to get my teeth the way I have dreamed of having. Him and his team are experienced and suped helpful. I am definitely coming back here and would highly recommend him to everyone I know for any of their dental needs.

My experience with Dr. Ahmed and team was spot on. I was always shy and anxious about my teeth, but the team was very understanding and knew how to handle patients like me. I've had multiple cleaning appointments with them, and I've got some of my tooth extracted recently, which, to my suprise, was painless! Dr. Ahmed was also very good at giving me options with my treatment plan, all ranging from doing nothing to the best option there is. I had a lot of questions too but they were able to answer them all, with detailed information that also helped me decide which course of action to take. Highly recommended!

It was a great experience at Kennedy Heights Dental Centre. Their reception is super friendly and helpful and guided me clearly through the whole payment and claim process. Their dental hygienist explained in detail every step before carrying out the work and was very gentle throughout the process. I went in today for a cleaning and a cavity filling. I am a very anxious person and as soon as i stepped into the office the ladies at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. The Dental Hygienist was amazing, she checked in with me often to make sure I was feeling comfortable and doing OK. She truly helped ease my nerves for my next step to see the dentist and have my cavity filled. The Dental Assistant and Dentist were a very good team. They both made sure to put me at ease and their skills were incredible. I have never felt so at ease in the dentist chair. I highly recommend coming to Kennedy Heights Dental as a patient. From the very beginning when I made the first call requesting for an emergency appointment, my whole experience has been just FANTASTIC. Had to undergo a Root Canal procedure which was done by Dr.Ahmed AlJuboori who was a thorough Professional and made me very comfortable by explaining the entire procedure meticulously. His Dental Assistant Amber who was part of the entire procedure that lasted about two hours need’s special mention for her patience and diligence given the anxiety that a typical patient undergoes when being treated especially for something like a Root Canal. The overall atmosphere was very pleasant including all the Front Office staff making the entire experience very memorable for all the right reasons. Whenever there is a need for any kind of Dental Treatment, I would strongly recommend visiting Kennedy Heights Dental Centre without any hesitation whatsoever…..
It was a great experience. I would recommend this place to others who are looking for a dentist. The office is very clean. Reception was friendly, quick and detailed. The recommended treatment plan was clear and made sense. Their hygienists are very thorough and gentle during my teeth cleaning. The assistant gave me a teddy bear to hold onto while I got my teeth frozen and numbed prior to the fillings. The injection was done slowly and was not painful at all. I was very surprised because this part was always the most dreadful and most painful part of the process. I highly recommend Dr Ahmed Aljuboori. You will be in good hands. He is a friendly and handsome dentist. Never before have I ever looked forward to my dentist visits because I know I will have a good experience and my teeth will be well taken care of.

I have avoided dentists for years because of the pain and anxiety of getting my teeth cleaned. I have some really sensitive areas and Yasmine cleaned my teeth with minimal pain and was thorough and calming. Amber helped my anxiety before I had any work done and was really a calming presence. I booked a couple of appointments in the future and look forward to calming my anxiety of dentistry going forward.

I've always had a wonderful time at KHDC. Sometimes I get nervous prior to dental appointments, and from all the clinics I've been at before, Dr.Juboori and his team remain the only clinic which has always created a comfortable atmosphere in the room. Dr.Juboori is all laughs and jokes, and extremely good at what he does. My one suggestion would be to perhaps in the future give a more detailed rundown as to what he will do, and discuss what he's doing during the procedure. The CDA Amber was sweet and offers to hold your hand and gives mom treatment every single time. Reception was good too. Two big thumbs up to a wonderful team :)

Visited Kennedy Heights Dental Centre 5 times; 1) check up, 2) cleaning session, 3) extracted 1 wisdom tooth - stitched the place, 4) removed the stitches and filled 3 teeth, and 5) filled 1 tooth. Felt no pain over the injection sting. Dr. Al-Juboori and the rest of the team were friendly and understanding, and made sure I was comfortable and calm before commencing the works. They are very professional and their hours are “worker friendly”. I had to go in due to a broken tooth during the height of the pandemic and they were able to fit me in and also to make me feel at ease. I appreciate all the efforts they make to make me feel more comfortable at the dentist as I am not a fan. I have had great experiences with easy freezing and little to no pain after the procedures I have had.

I walked to the clinic knowing very well I need to do a root canal on one of my teeth as my other two previous dentists have already said so when dr. Aljuboori said "let's try to save it!" He did his best to Prevent a root canal as it was my biggest fear and did a filling instead....a year and a half later and I have no issues/ no sensitivity/ no nothing and the best of them all no pain. Front desk are amazing as I have the worse schedule ever and they will do everything to make things work for me! I would call them 10 times a day to book and appointments and then cancel 30 minutes later then call them again same day to re-book the same spot as my schedule has changed, never heard anyone complaining or being rude to me or like most clinic would do "leave you on hold" when they are annoyed by you. Despite everything my favorite thing honestly would be that most dentists don't care if you fix your teeth or not, if you don't have enough money for the treatment or not, all they care about is the cost, which is understandable. while doctor aljuboori is quite different, he would set you a treatment plan and would actually help you to achieve it. My treatment plan was quite above my budget so he did set it up accordingly to get the best of my insurance company plus to a nice discount to help out as well! I admire his obsession with his job and how he cares about the results and his patients satisfaction more than the cost. Amber is definitely the best assistant ever as she would always take great care of me. I have a jaw issue and she would actually massage it for me so I don't feel pain which no one ever cared about before here! The atmosphere is lovely, it does feel like family. The doctor, assistant and the staff would always crack a joke here and there which make it easy for me to communicate.
I have been going to Dr Ahmed Al-Juboori for the last 3 years and I was happy in all my visits , Dr Al-Juboori is so knowledgeable and passionate about what he does, he always gives me the best treatment and advices and take time to explain the procedure to me. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and the service is excellent . I will definitely recommend the place to all my friends and family

Wisdom teeth extractions are really nerve-racking, but having Amber as the dental assistant made it much more easier. She held my hand and calmed me down during the procedure. Im not a dentist or doctor kind of guy but i have no issue going to this dental office the staff friendly and very polite. The work is done quick efficient with least amount of discomfort or pain and pretty relaxed would reccomend them to anyone thats uneasy about the process

I hadn’t been to the dentist for a long time because I avoid it as it makes me nervous. I wasn’t even aware DR. Randawah had moved on from the building. I’m sure they called but hey I just was going to tell them after that appointment that I was gonna leave anyways and go closer to home. After my appointment however I had laughed felt way less anxiety and really felt like I was taken care of. The great team of hygenists and the doctor work so well together. They are hilarious! They are also exceptionally kind and attentive to fears and dentist anxiety. I’d recommend kids and individuals of all dental needs! Even though it’s a trek from me new home to the old but new dentist I remain attending. It is sooo worth it

I have been always scared of dentists, I had my 4 wisdom teeth removed here by Dr. Aljuboori, he is one of the greatest dentists I have ever seen. Best thing about his work that I did not feel any pain and he got the job done in very short time. He removed two of my wisdom a visit, two of these were really complicated to work with, in fact before visiting Dr.Aljuboori I went to different clinics and they said it is complicated and hard to deal with. I will be revisiting Dr. Aljuboori for smile make over to get my teeth the way I have dreamed of having. Him and his team are experienced and suped helpful. I am definitely coming back here and would highly recommend him to everyone I know for any of their dental needs.
